Brief Description
The projects aims to provide a multi-sectoral response to the Super Typhoon RAI (Odette) emergency through unconditional Multipurpose Cash Transfer (MPCT) (prioritizing women as direct recipients of the transfers - at least 60%), capacity building of community/barangay duty bearers on DRR/protection/risk prevention to build the resilience of rights holders/target group to emergencies, and the provision of prevention and response services and information/awareness raising on child protection, sexual and gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive rights and hygiene/COVID-19.
