About SPACE

The Stakeholder Partnership Accelerator for Convergence and Engagement (SPACE) Web Application is a centralized digital platform to enhance coordination, communication, convergence, and resource mobilization among stakeholders in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Philippines.

Developed in support of the Stakeholders' Chamber of the Development Budget Coordination Committee-Subcommittee on SDG (DBCC SC-SDG), and under the auspices of the Climate Finance PH for nature-based solutions (NbS) Project implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in the Philippines, in partnership with the Department of Finance and with financial support from the Government of Canada, the SPACE Web Application provides a one-stop repository of SDG-related information and efforts to facilitate complementarities between government and non-government actors, reinforcing the Whole-of-Nation Plus approach toward achieving a sustainable future for all Filipinos.

The SPACE Web Application offers the following suite of features in line with this objective. These are:

1. a. Stakeholder Networking, a matchmaking feature that connects you with the right partners for collaborative initiatives;
2. b. Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping, a dynamic map that showcases SDG-related programs, activities and projects across the country, allowing our stakeholders to visualize where the majority of their work is taking place;
3. c. Company Profiles that detailed profiles that highlight the contributions of individual organizations in the Chamber;
4. d. Evidence Repository, an online library that archives plans and activities, serving as a valuable SDG database for all stakeholders; and
5. e. Guidance Integration that will contain updates, documents, and policy guidance from the government that will seamlessly integrated into the platform to ensure alignment of efforts with stakeholders.
