ECOP, together with the ILO and JP Morgan Chase Foundation, seeks to provide women with critical soft and technical STEM-related skills, employability, leadership and mentoring support through the In Business Soft Skills Program. This workshop empowers women gain quality employment and advancement opportunities in STEM-related jobs by getting them promoted in the workplace through their newly acquired skills and competencies.
