Brief Description
The WSCAP supports more than 5,000 families in Basey and Marabut, Samar, helping them build economic self-sufficiency and resilience through sustainable agriculture, grassroots savings groups, and disaster risk reduction. This was born after FH and Tearfund New Zealand (FH's partner in its Haiyan response in Samar) saw the potnetial to implement a more sustainable rehabilitation program in Samar post-Haiyan.
