ASKI recognizes the need for safe water and sanitation of its existing clients and other low-income families in its areas of operations. The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Program is one of the projects of ASKI in partnership with Water.Org addressing health and hygiene. The program aims to provide access to safe water and sanitation to poor households in different ASKI covered communities. It also conducts health and hygiene education to promote WASH awareness. ASKI and Water.Org continuous to strengthening the program learning from the challenges and best practices from the previous years of implementation. This program is also the support of the organization to the UN Sustainable Development Goals No. 6 – clean water and sanitation for all.
