Under the implementation agreement, there are two (2) projects entitled Employment Generation - Jobs: Save. Create. Transform and Boosting Policy Advocacy for Sustainable Business Recovery. The agreement is to undertaken to improve the technical capacity of the ECOP secretariat to undertake evidence-based research and analysis of key labour market issues, strengthen ECOP’s ability to effectively advocate for policy reforms aimed at improving the enabling environment for enterprises, and eventually develop a Business Recovery Agenda and Employers’ Skills Development Agenda to guide ECOP’s initiatives and priorities in serving Philippine employers.
