First Gen supports the marine law enforcement of the Province of Batangas through the Batangas Matine Protected Area (MPA) and Bantay Dagat (BD) Network. It provides training, operational support, and insurance, and supports the Batangas Recognition Award.for the Verde Island Passage (VIP) Outstanding Marine Protected Areas (BRAVO) Awards. The BRAVO Awards aim to sustain the efforts of the communities and the LGUs in promoting marine ecosystems. Through the Batangas MPA and BD Network, First Gen helps in protecting 43 declared MPAs with a total area of 2,072 hectares.
