Brief Description
The SHIELD Program is a six-year initiative, which aims to support the Government of the Philippines (GPH) in building institutional and community resilience to climate change, natural and other types of hazards. This will be implemented by UNDP, together with consortium partners comprised of UN-Habitat, Philippine Business for Social Progress, National Resilience Council and the Consortium of Bangsamoro Civil Society.
