The project aims to improve private sector participation and contribution to the financing of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to promote equity and to improve its accessibility. To this end, ECOP is undertaking a review of international and national best practices on private sector participation and contribution to TVET financing to develop actionable, relevant, and practicable recommendations for adoption in the Philippine setting.
