Through RA 6716 or the Rainwater Collector and Springs Development Act of 1989, the government encourages schools, communities and other institutions to use rainwater to help alleviate water scarcity, a very practical and immediate solution to water supply problem.To help promote this Act and as part of the Brigada Eskwela program of Advocacy, we are collaborating with School Division Offices to install Rain Water Harvesting facility in priority schools within the concession area.
