Brief Description
The program will provide adolescents the opportunity to learn about the basics of developing an advocacy, the skills required to be an effective advocate, and honing these skills to transform ideas into action. The fellowship will be specifically designed for adolescents who have minimal experience in advocacy work but exhibit great potential for generating impact given the correct training, resources, and support system. It will serve as a starter program for young advocates to develop the basic skills they need to further hone their advocacies, and will also provide member organizations under YORP an avenue to send their members for basic training and development.
