FH trained and supports select mature Savings Group in communal goat-raising as an additional source of income. In partnership with local government offices such as the Provincial Veterinaryt Office, and academic institutions such as the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, free-range chicken raising and goat-raising individuals and groups learn about effective breeding management, health promotion, and other practices essential for raising these livestock. FH's continued support to livestock raising groups has helped them reduce losses during the COVID-19 pandemic and improve their income.
