Brief Description
One major project of the Aboitiz Group is the One Coop One Product Project (juanCo-oP) a three-year project focused on helping community groups enhance and scale up their main businesses. This is through providing end-to-end support, from production, harvesting/processing, all the way to marketing. Aboitiz Foundation becomes the orchestrator so that a holistic intervention is provided from various sources including Aboitiz companies, and while ensuring that these forms of support are tailored to the needs of the cooperative. This includes support in 1) organizational strengthening, 2) enhancing the business, and 3) making resilient organizations.
