Brief Description
SDG 8 and 10: Provides competitive subcontracting and engineering services to the Philippine Electronics Industry; with over 18,000 in our employ including 8 PWDs and office locations in Laguna, Batangas, Calamba, Cavite and Cebu. EMS has since been a practitioner of Responsbile Business Conduct, with Audit Program, Compliance Program, Code of Corporate Governance, EMSG Code of Business Ethics and Whistleblowing Policy, Core Values Program, Cross-postings and multi-skilling, and Environment, Health, Safety and Security Programs. SDG 3: EMSG employees are 100% Covid-19 fully-vaccinated. SDG 5: Our employees consist of 70% female vs 30% male; 45% in female managerial positions vs 55% male managerial; SDG 9 and 12: System Analysis Program (SAP) SDG 4: EMS became the first in the Philippines to be ISO 29990 certified and takes pride in its use of comprehensive training modules and equipments through its own learning group - Ecademy, under our Human Resource Dept.
