Brief Description
Virtualahan is five weeks of intensive digital skills training, two weeks of apprenticeship, three weeks of dedicated job coaching, and additional two months of employment support to its beneficiaries. The training uses blended adult-learning approach using a curriculum that is co-developed with Accenture. In addition, beneficiaries also receive life-coaching with a strong focus on well-being, career guidance and restoring human dignity, and four- community building programs through advocacy campaigns, events, lobbying media features, and community-led initiatives.
