Brief Description
The project aimed to look at the prospects for decent jobs amidst the covid19 pandemic for returning Filipino migrants. It conducted a skills inventory of those who have returned to match the skills required for essential support services of covid19 referral hospitals around the country. As these jobs are essential, there should be guarantees for decent work and social protection including hazard pay. This addresses SDG 8 on creation of decent work.
