The DELOBI Project is led and implemented by Haribon Foundation through mobilizing experts and resource persons from different NGOs and academic institutions to develop the Environmental Leaders Training Program (ELTP). The ELTP will generate knowledge materials and sharing platformsto increase the access of local decision-makers to communication, education, and public awareness materials on natural resource management and biodiversity conservation. PRRM developed two ELTP modules on Good Environment Governance and Project/Program Development and Planning.
