Demonstration of the ILO’s IN BUSINESS training on soft skills for Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMOs) in Pacific Island countries (International Labor Organization Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific)

With the technical support of ILO-ROAP, ECOP introduced the IN BUSINESS programme to the Pacific private sector where a series of pilot trainings using the soft skills modules has been conducted. This program was designed to support Employer and Business Membership Organizations (EBMO) in extending services to member companies - large and small. The methodology of the workshop is an activity-based learning which participants work together in small groups. The training demonstrations provided an opportunity for EBMO representatives and selected member companies to get more familiar with the training methodology and its delivery using an online platform. Individual participants will also strengthen their core soft skills and competencies in different areas.
