FH's Child Vocational Sponsorship Fund (CVSF) is a scholarship grant intended for youths that are interested to pursue technical and vocational courses. The project aims to: a) Support the educational needs of Out of School Youths (OOSY) b) Develop technical/vocational skills from among selected Out of School Youths in the partner communities. c) Graduate competent and professionalized skilled workers to afford them decent work in the future and, d) Encourage and support the youth in their love and care for their communities through service projects and continued discipleship. FH complements this endeavor with a soft skills training workshop in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment–Bureau of Local Employment (DOLE-BLE) to help jumpstart the graduates’ and graduating FH youth’s professional careers. In addition, FH has been working with the Union Church of Manila to provide college scholarships and stipends to 30+ youth in Eastern Visayas.
