Brief Description
The Tulong Aral program was established to provide for access to educational and training opportunities to employees regardless of tenure and rank. This is to assist them in the upskilling for both soft and technical skills to facilitate and promote competence leading to mastery of their assigned and chosen fields not only covering administrative and functional but basic occupational safety and health as well as the sustainable development goals. In this manner, more career pathways will be created and there will be higher productivity and value for the employee in the Company. This is in partnership with institutions such as TESDA, University of the Philippines, International Labor Organization, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Asian Institute of Management
